I’m so glad its the weekend. I need some time off work to recover and catch up on my life as its been a bit of a whirlwind the past 2 weeks. More organisation of my meals is definitely needed. Sometimes I work late, like last night we only made tea at 9pm.

Two more slices wholemeal toast (12), picnic bar (11.5), a lot of alcohol (>50), chips (17.5), ketch up (2), mayonaisse (2.5)
Thats what nights out do for you. It was going great aswell, then the alcohol kicks in and I ended up having chips on the way home and a picnic at home to finish them off. Well I’m not going out next weekend as I’m working so that’s a bonus for the diet.
